Additional Scoring notes
Minutes Played parameter adds 0.025 points for every minute played.
Clean Sheet and Single Goal Match parameters are linked to the number of conceded goals.
Clean Sheet is assigned only if players end their match without conceding goals to the opponent team.
Single Goal Match is assigned only if players end their match conceding 1 goal to the opponent team.
These parameters need a minimum of 45 minutes played to be assigned.
Therefore, for example, the Clean Sheet bonus will be assigned only if the player's team will end his match without conceding goals and having the player totalized at least 45 minutes played.
Goal Conceded parameter is uniquely assigned to Goalkeepers.
It is calculated considering any kind of goal conceded by the Goalkeeper during the match (simple goal, header goal, own goal), each one determining a negative score of -2.5.
Regular time and extra time
Goals, shots, saves and any other statistics that occur during a penalty shootout do not count towards a player's score.
Only stats in regular time, extra time, or overtime will count toward a player total score.
Position changes during real matches
In the event a player changes his position during his real match, he will maintain the same position
on Sportito, but he will accumulate points based on the effective position in which he plays.
In this case users will be notified through a note, in the player's score section.
If, for example, Dani Alves is labelled as Defender but when Barcelona plays the official match he occupies the position of Midfielder,
he will accumulate points on Sportito as Midfielder. (in case of assist: 4 points (M) instead of 5 (D).
Users who have picked Dani Alves in their lineups will see him still marked as Defender, finding a note in Dani Alves score details specifying the role change occurred.
Game Cancellations and Postponements
In the event that a scheduled game is cancelled, pre-empted, or postponed for any reason, no points will be awarded (0 score) for players embedded in that game or event.
Only in the case the cancelled/pre-empted/postponed event is the only one within the room, all entry fees paid for that contest will be refunded.
Suspended or Shortened Games
Any statistics generated on a later date than when the game is completed will not be included due to the one day nature of our contests.
If a game is shortened and statistics are included that day by Sportradar, those statistics will count.
Contest entry will close five minutes before the start of the first game included in the contest.
You can edit your roster as many times as you like before the contest closing time.
Once games begin, all players on participating teams will lock and can no longer be edited.
Creation of team during cut off time
If a player starts to create his lineup before the contest closing time (limit subscription),
without managing to save the lineup on time, an error message will appear.
No entry fee will be charged to the user.
Interruption during team creation
If a system interruption occurs at the moment the player is creating his lineup, and the system
resumes only after the contest deadline, we have to distinguish between two different cases:
– If the user managed to save a complete lineup before the system interruption,
that lineup will be considered his last valid action.
– If the user didn't manage to save a complete lineup before the system interruption,
is like his submission never occurred and no entry fees will be charged.
Event of a Tie
In the event of a tie (two or more users realize exactly the same score),
a further parameter will be considered to determine the winner: Lineup submission time.
The player who submitted his team first will be declared the winner.
This rule is valid also in case of a tie with 0 or negative score.
There will be no trading of players, no extra moves and no replacing injured or benched players.
If your team ends a contest with an aggregate score equal to 0 or negative, you are still eligible to win prizes.
